He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Elliott and Beulah Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Angel Foate, Crystal Elliott and Mia Elliott; his grandchildren, Dakota, Victorya and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Anita Green (Jim), Jimmy Elliott (late Nancy), Brenda Moore and Gregory Elliott. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gramer Funeral Home (705 N Main St, Clawson, MI 48017). A reception will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations made in Neil's name to the American Cancer Society (https://www.cancer.org) or the Michigan Humane Society.
