She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Cook and Sylvera Cook (Mittlestat); her siblings, Thomas Cook and Linda Boyd; and her son Steven Ferguson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Ferguson, Scott A. Ferguson, LeAnn Berns (John) and Rick Ferguson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or Humane Society of Monroe County.
