He was predeceased by: his sister Dawn Rayfield; and his parents, Henry Halladay and Rosemary Halladay. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his sons, Nicholas Thomas Halladay, Nathan Tyler Halladay (Emily Stanley) and Neil Todd Halladay; his siblings, Ron Halladay (Theresa) and Annette Morris (late Donald); and his brother-in-law Billy Rayfield. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
