With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James William Murney (Flat Rock, Michigan), who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Murney and Myrtle Murney (Borders); his wife Joann L. Murney; and his sisters, Emily Caudill and Dorothy Vance.
He is survived by: his children, James E. Murney (Stacie), Jackie LaLone (Gordon) and Shelly Constante (Dan); his grandchildren, Amber, Kyle, Jessica, Jennifer, Amanda, Nicole and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Lexis, Kelsey, Chloe, Wesley Jr., Michael, Theo, Cooper, Arianna and Aiden.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bobcean Funeral Home (26307 Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
