She is survived by: her husband Russ Phillips; her sons, Chris (Heather) and Josh; her daughter-in-law Heather; and her sisters, Phyllis Barker (Ted) and Linda Kathmann (Steve). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
