He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Brown and Marjorie Brown (Oltz); and his wife Darlene Brown. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Brown (Dena), Pamela Wood, Cheryl Brown, Kay L. Ugorcak (Timothy) and Janice Toland (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Amy Harris (Lin), Jesse Brown (Amanda), Tiffany Harman (Matthew), Crystle Upshaw (Nick), Kyle Wood, Ashlee Lesperance (Kyle), Renee McNamee (Ryan), Joshua Ugorcak, Katelyn Piccoli (Mark) and Cody Toland. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the family for the purchase of fire gear which will be donated to the Woodhaven Fire Department in Ken's memory.
