He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Crider, Jennifer McCarthy and Renee Rapley; his grandchildren, Brody, Alana, Abby, Chloe, Brendan and Blake; his great grandchild Karson; and his siblings, Joyce Graham and Lance Rapley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Lee's memory.
