She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Illum; her sisters, Janice Range, Jody McPherson and Dorthy Paupst; and her parents, Dorthy McPhearson and Foster McPhearson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jackie Wilson and Jimmy McPherson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
