He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Shrader and Emma G. Shrader (Spangler); and his wife Carrie Shrader. He is survived by: his son Gary Shrader (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Christopher Shrader (Rebecca), Shannon Pietras (Drew) and Patrick Shrader (Claire); and his great grandchildren, Conor, Abel, Ellison and Emme.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Legion Flat Rock Post #337, St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church or Downriver Veterans Honor Guard.
