“I just found out about Rochelle's passing and am very heart broken. Rochelle was my favorite cousin. She was one year younger than me. In the attached photo, Rochelle was 3 years old and I was 4. I give my condolences to the Family and I wish they would contact me. Rochelle and I yearly would send cards and letters to each other. Rochelle had a very good heart and was very thoughtful. I miss you deeply and love you very much Rochelle! I know you're with Jesus.”
