In the sacred silence of farewell, Sonika is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sonika's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dewan Singh and Bimla Singh; her siblings, Pushpa and Neetu; her aunt Onu Masi; and her nieces, Sienna and Shiloh.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (13636 Telegraph Rd, Flat Rock, MI 48134). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (13636 Telegraph Rd, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Elephant named Sissy at the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee on Sonika's behalf.
