He was predeceased by: his parents, Tate Haynes and Annie Haynes. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Sholtz (John), Barbara Polly (Russell), Sheila March, Denise Evans (Sean), Cheryl March and Lisa Cleveland (Ken); and his siblings, Carolyn Sammons (late Roy) and Robert Haynes (JoAnn).
