She was predeceased by: her parents, Newt Foley and Viola Foley (Floyd); her former husband James Barnett; her husband Charles Hart; her daughter Arnetta Barnett (Crawford); and her grandson Damon of Washington.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rogie Barnett of Flint, Norma Barnett and West of Antioch, California; her grandchildren, Roy Edward West III, Marcus James West, Marisa of Washington and Monek Ponce (Armando); her nephew Darrell Dixson; her caregivers, Lisa, Stacye, Lee and Diane; and her close friends, Ryan Reeves, Cheryl Thompson, Billie Bankston and Alberta Sims Williams.
