She was predeceased by: her father Hubert C. Hensley; her sister Amber; and her grandmother JoAnn Hetzer. She is survived by: her mother Diana M. Hensley (Hetzer); her husband Nathan A. Smith; her daughter Adriana; her siblings, Alana, Ashley and Brian; and her grandfather Robert Hetzer. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
