Angeline Maricle Obituary
The memory of Angeline Maricle of Flint, Michigan, who passed away on July 18, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kovachevich and Helen Kovachevich (Sordyl); her husband Robert L. Maricle; her sons, Robert G. and Michael Maricle; her son-in-law Jack Bruce; her grandsons, Gary Pickerell, Jeffrey Pickerell, Robert M. Maricle and Jeremy LaBar; her siblings, Stanley, Milton, Mitchell Kovachevich, Mary and Donna Kovachevich; and also Lukas Gorney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Pickerell (Gary), Charlene Powell (Jack), Marie LaBar-Dudderar (Gary), Brenda Bruce (Lin), Karen Hadden (Paul) and Yvonne Maricle (Craig); her daughter-in-law Sue Maricle; her grandchildren, Rhonda Perrin (Mike), Sherry Pickerell, Lisa Ray (Gabe), David Powell (Jeannie), Kimberly Smith III (Charles), Adam Powell, Jason LaBar (Jeanna), April LaBar, Joshua LaBar (Cristian), Jessica Vanderpool (Joshua), Brian Maricle, Rebecca Maricle, Joseph Bruce, Melissa Bruce, Jack Bruce (Ali), Angela Gorney (Ken), Shawn Miller and Samantha O'Reilly (Nicholas); and her sisters, Christine Hall (Chuck) and Rosie Shelly (Roger). She is also survived by 48 great-grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
