She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lane and Leeta Lane; her husband Samuel Paul Mattarella; her son Phillip Mattarella; and her sisters, Barbara, Phyllis and Leone.
She is survived by: her children, David, John and Gina Mattarella-Samek; and her grandchildren, Trevor (Jessica), Nicole (Rogerio), Angela (Mark), Cortney (Geoff), Dominic (Stephanie), Megann (Roger) and Anthony (Sarah). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
