Betsy Brelinski Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betsy Brelinski of Flint, Michigan, who passed away on May 27, 2026, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Betsy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Betsy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Brelinski and Sharon Brelinski; and her brother Jeff Brelinski. She is survived by: her wife Michele Brelinski; her brother Todd Brelinski (Martina); her daughter Amanda Matteson (Donny); and her sisters-in-law, Kim Terry (Blaine) and Tammy Bailey (Troy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews in her large, extended family.
