She was predeceased by: her parents, John McDowell and Maxine McDowell (Damouth); her children, Ryan Polkinghorne and Scott Polkinghorne; and her sisters, Joanne and Leslie.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Polkinghorne (Rhonda), Douglas Polkinghorne, Stephen Polkinghorne III (Melissa), Michelle Crouch (Lee), Robin Shutes (Mark) and Sonya Bietila (Jay); and her brother-in-law Mike Blanton. She is also survived by grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
