He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ann Hisaw; his children, Billie Lue O'Neil, Jr. of Morrice, Paula Brown and Terry Morris of Flint; his grandchildren, Charles Brown III of Durand and Aubrey Brown of Swartz Creek; and his sister Luetta Hunt (Dale) of Davison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
