She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Erway and Lillian Fay Erway; her brother Gerald Erway; and her stepgrandson Austin Nichols. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Sherman (Jerry); her daughters, Christine Nichols (Jeff) and Colleen Sherman (Barry McNeil); her grandchildren, Jenna Buckwheat (Josh), Holli Anne Barton, Zachary Barton and Hank Murdock (Skye); her stepgrandchildren, Marcus Nichols and Hannah Moran (Michael); her great grandchildren, Jade, Dalton, Quinton, Marley and Maverick; her friends, Joan Milbourne and Judy Lumsden; Aidan, Cristian, Isiah and London.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
