He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Sonny" Kopp and Dixie "Sue" Kopp (VanArsdale); his brother Dale Kopp; and his friends, Tim and Ron.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Ballantyne-Kopp; his sons, Christopher Kopp and Robert Kopp; his sister Diana Brock (Steve); his stepchildren, Justin, Daniel, Chloe and Katie; and his pet Storm. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Blane.
