She was predeceased by: her mothers, Cecil Schram and Margaret Schram (Prescott); her husband Delbert Phelps; her stepson Wayne Phelps; and her siblings, Ronald Schram, Donald Schram and Evelyn Lawson.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Phelps and Debbie (Randy Prouty); her grandchildren, Danielle Phelps, Donald (Brittney Phelps), Ann Marie Renfro, Tiffany (Rami Safa), Nicole Prouty and Nick (Lauren Prouty); and her sisters-in-law, Marge Schram and Ellen Jo Schram. She is also survived by her 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
