He was predeceased by: his mother Marilynn Adkisson (Watson); and his uncle Ronald Adkisson. He is survived by: his daughter Alissa Capri Bosworth of Flint Township; his father Gerald A. Adkisson of Flushing; his siblings, Maria Lynn Adkisson (Melissa Morgan) of Davison and Jerry R. Adkisson of Flint Township; his stepmother Debra Lawson; and his stepsister Amy Beckley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Genesee County Humane Society or ABATE of Michigan.
