He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles and Betty Joyce Burns. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Mason (Wayne) and William M. Burns (Sandra); and his nieces and nephews, Michael VanDorne, Laura Murphy (Nick), Carissa Worthington (Cory), Randy Tolliver, Rebecca Burns and Benjamin Burns. He is also survived by 18 grand nieces and nephews.
