He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Leroy and Clara Downing (Adams); his wife Sally Baird; his daughters, Rossann D. Klee (Tom) of Flint Twp and Juliann L. Downing of San Diego; and his sisters, Ann Schofield and Barbara Rogers (Jim).
