With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Macil Fowler of Flint, Michigan, who passed away on September 7, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Patterson and Estelle "Kitty" Patterson (Ford); and her sister Linda Kehm. She is survived by: her husband Otis Fowler; her children, William Trout (Lisa), Vickie Haessly, Sheila Tuttle (Tom), Cindy Edwards and Krystal Clark (Phillip); her grandchildren, Chance Tuttle and Gibson Clark; and her siblings, Brian Patterson, June Butler, Sue Gauss, Eve McGee and Darlene Pratt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the American Lung Association.
