She is survived by: her children, Gail Sumrall, David Sumrall and Timothy Sumrall of Flint, MI; her grandchildren, Marcus Sumrall (Ashley) of Detroit, MI, David Sumrall, Jr. of Flint, MI, DeMarcus Sumrall (Alexandra) of Honolulu, HI, Shania Sumrall of Houston, TX, Messiah Sumrall of Flint, MI, Steven Smith (Cassandra) of Jacksonville, FL, Albert Smith, IV of Jackson, MI and Isaiah Oliver (Shay) of Jacksonville, FL; her sister Patsy Thompson of Crowder, MS; her close friends, Rick Saenz and Yolanda Saenz; and her cousins, Sereetha Riley (Melvin Sr.) and Isadora Hall (Theotis). She is also survived by great grandchildren, and cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
