He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford D. Worstenholm and Gertrude "Trudy" L. Worstenholm (Harris); and his brother John E. Worstenholm. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Michelle Zemore (Mike) of King George, VA and Jason Douglas Worstenholm of Flint; his siblings-in-law, Janell Sullivan (Dan) of Woodhaven and Gary Harvey (Ann) of Columbia, TN; his grandchildren, Sarah Kraholik (Todd) of Camp Hill, PA, Andrew Zemore (Tanita) of King George, VA and Zachary Zemore (Natalie) of Hardin, MT; his great grandchildren, Benjamin Kraholik, Waylon Joseph Zemore and Alivia Rayne Zemore; his niece Charlotte Hildebrand (Scott); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Delaney, Presley and Drew; his nieces and nephews, Bunny Sibilsky, Pam Miller, Brian Harvey, Justin Sullivan and Alan Worstenholm; his aunts, Carol Nelson of Stuart, FL and Mary Banacki (Walt) of Novi; his close friend Ted Dodge; and his cousin Sue Harris (Jim) of Vernon.
