She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Buzzell and Goldie Buzzell. She is survived by: her sister Sandie Isaacs (Jim) of Waterford; her husband Dennis Racine; her children, Jill Stern (Julius), Darrin Racine (Melissa), Dave Racine (Jennifer), Jennifer Watson (Mike) and Jonathan Vieu (Libby); her grandchildren, Megan, Dakota, Dean, John, Olivia, Miranda, Ava, Ella, Hunter, Andrew and Alexandra; and her friend Judy Kay Williamson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Connie's honor to Whaley's Children Center or the Salvation Army.
