He is survived by : his mother Margaret "Ann" Ratliff (Hilliker); his wife Kimberly Kassuba; his children, Riley Matthew and Cami Elizabeth; and his siblings, Cheryl Rogers, Steve and Randy Ratliff.

Craig is preceded in death by his Father, Albert Ratliff, his daughter Charity, and his son Craig Ratliff Jr. (C.J.).
