She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Adkins and Hazel Adkins (Miller); her daughter Shawna Cherveny; and her siblings, Charles Adkins and Shirley Adkins Montpas.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Dennis Cherveny; her sons, Frank Cherveny (Trisha) and Joshua Cherveny; and her grandchildren, Ryker, Jagger, Cooper, Shealynn and Bayler Cherveny. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
