She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Carlson (Durnan) and Donald A. Carlson; her sons, Nicholas and Rodney Shields; and her brother Donnie Carlson.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Shields; her children, Randy Shields Jr. and Carrie Harding (Kristopher); her grandchildren, Lilyana and Liam; her brothers, Ricky Carlson (Annice), Gregory Carlson (Terry) and Gerald Carlson (Tina); and her pet Roxie.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family for Cindy's grandchildren's college fund.
