He is survived by: his spouse Jackie; his children, Danielle, Michelle, Mitchelle and Tyller; his stepchildren, Nicole, Christina, Arnie, Alaina and Chris; his mother Beverly Manor; his siblings, Jody, Anne, Marie, John, Marty and Matthew; and his close friend Dave Peters.
