He was predeceased by: his parents, William Compton (Ocie) and Ocie Compton; and his siblings, William Paul Compton, Earl Compton, Alfred Eugene Compton, Wanda Compton and Harold Compton.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Brian Compton (Katherine), Christine Hedlund (Eddie), Ashley Bowman (Brandon) and Haley Wang (Thomas); his grandchildren, Amanda Lyden (Adam), Grant Healy, Cheyenne Healy, Lucy Compton and Lily Compton; his great grandchild Skyleigh Boone; his sister Anna Ruth Littlepage; and his friend Doug Golden.
