He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Arceo and Fermina Arceo; his wife Olga Romanowski; and his brothers, Ruben (Margaret) and Ralph.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Marilyn), James, Tomas and Kathleen Arceo Garza (Edgar); his grandchildren, Alex, Sam, Kaeli, Aimee, Pablo, Diana and Daniel; his great grandchild Madilyn; and his sister Nancy Foley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
