He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Childs and Betty Childs (Coleman). He is survived by: his wife Diane Childs; his daughters, Amy Flood (Jimmy) and Jenny Nichols (Thomas); his grandchildren, Ashleigh (Heith), Jay (Brianna), Alexxa (Deitrick) and Emma; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Kaylee, Ava, Halo and Bryant; and his siblings, James Childs, Betty Jo Burke and Linda Ploe (Mark). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
