He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Burt and Helen Burt (Gan). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Burt; his children, Brian Burt, Jeffrey Burt (Karen), Cynthia Hanes (Steve), Adrienne Walker (Tim), Jake Vohwinkle (Julie) and Matt Vohwinkle; his grandchildren, Joshua, Brandon, Jeffrey Jr., Zachary, Aaron, Jason, Breanna, Madison, Ava, Brennan and Gracie; and his siblings, Sheryl Dekruger and Greg Burt (Marla). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
