He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wickham and LaDonna Wickham (Bickford); and his sister Sheila K. Wickham. He is survived by: his sons, Levi C. Wickham and Cody J. Wickham of Oscoda, Michigan.; and his siblings, Teresa Wickham-Cadarette (Donald Cadarette) of Grand Blanc and Steven (Shannon Wickham) of Asheville.
