Deacon Gary Arthur Gallagher Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jerome and Dorothy Marie Gallagher (Meir); his son Gary Shannon Gallagher; his brothers, Patrick and Danny Gallagher; his son-in-law Michael Henning; and his granddaughter-in-law Amanda Caruso.

He is survived by: his spouse Lauranne O'Neil-Gallagher; his children, Kelly LaBelle (Cliff), Noreen Henning and Joshua Gallagher; his daughter-in-law Nichole Gallagher; his grandsons, Michael and Matthew Henning; his brother Greg Gallagher (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Gallagher, Patrick O'Neil (Ramona) and Michael O'Neil (Rita). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church (4413 Morrish Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473). A vigil service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
