He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carr; his sister Alene Brenda Cook; his children, Christina Rush Jr. (Dennis) and Delbert Calhoun Jr. (Kaytlen); his stepchildren, David Carr (Krystal) and Sarah Youmans (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jordan, Alexis, Lilly, Brooklynn, Juliana, Hannah, Maksim, Jackson, Micah, Ava, Shiloh, William, Jonah, Leah, Jacob and Jesse; and his great grandchild James.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
