He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bollinger and Allie Bollinger (Tippett); and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Everhart; his children, Linda Rose, Sandy Colter (George), Brian Bollinger (Debbie) and James Edward Fry (Nancy); and his siblings, John Bollinger (Cheryl), Cindy Rieger (Jeff) and Keith Bollinger (Jenny). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
