He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kaczmarczyk and Mary Kaczmarczyk (Matusiak); and his siblings, Louis, Gerald, John, Virgie and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Kaczmarczyk; his children, David Kaczmarczyk (Holly), Debra Miller (Russ), James Kaczmarczyk (Tamara), Jack Kaczmarczyk (Diane), Donald Kaczmarczyk (Ann) and Julie Harbin (Bruce); and his sister Sharon Dolphin (Winston). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
