She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Hornsby and Ann Rose Hornsby (Kula); her husband Donald J. Weaver; and her son-in-law Tony Cummings. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Terrian (Charles Butterfield), Sharon Darby (Bob), Susan Cummings, Christopher Weaver (Kristen) and Tricia Barry (Dan). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
