She was predeceased by: her parents, Halford and Mildred (Hanners); her son Dathan Osborn; and her husband Earnest Van Buren. She is survived by: her children, Dana Whipple of Grand Blanc and Darren Osborn of Lapeer; her siblings, Patrick Seeley (Leann), Scott Seeley and Paula van Schooneveld (Daan); and her friend Clare Elmore (Sis). She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
