She is survived by: her husband Gordon Porter; her children, Renee Thomas (Charles), Dorcia Brown, O. C. Brown (Michelle) and Rowland Porter (Myra); and her grandchildren, Tia Scott, Aqueelah Veasey, Jacquese Braswell, Charleea Thomas, Mekhelle Claiborne, Shante Thomas, Justice Thomas, Jamila Thomas, Nashalyn Porter, Korshonna Jones, Stancionna Jones, James Thomas III (Raven), Dontez Thomas, Jamile Thomas, Jamarcus Elierson-Porter, Donterrence Elierson-Porter and Jayden Elierson-Porter. She is also survived by great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
