He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Palmer and Helen Palmer (Potter); his siblings, Carol Fritz, David Palmer and Jeff Palmer; his daughter Joy; and his siblings, Rick Palmer and Linda Wales. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
