She was predeceased by: her parents, William Keely and Minnie Keely; her husband Larry Earl Fowler Sr.; her son Larry Earl Fowler Jr.; her grandchildren, Sarah Marie Fowler and David Michael Knowles; and her siblings, James Keely, Thomas Keely, George Keely, John Keely, Jerry Keely, Leota Gagner and Ruth Ferrigan.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Knowles of London, KY and David Bradley (Grace); her grandchildren, Charity Fowler, Larry Fowler III and Malleri Fowler; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Michael Knowles, Aryeanna Holcomb Knowles, Alexander Kelly Knowles, Jess Bowling, Christian Lopp and Maddie Lopp. She is also survived by nieces, nephew and other family and friends.
