He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Almassy and Ethel Almassy (Vajda). He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Weber; and his children, James (Phyllis), Terese Jones (Greg), Richard (Janet) and Edward (Michele). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
