She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Brazzil and Devorla Brazzil; her children, Earl Brazzil and Janet Lewis; her grandson Syrone Stills; her siblings, Dorothy Roberts, Ruby Scott, Levi Brazzil Jr. and Charlie Brazzil; her nieces, Cheryl Brown, Zerretria Brown, Paris Blair, Shirley Tucker and Sharon Billups; and her nephew Telan Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Muhammad (Kenneth Hopkins), Angela (Bruce Crochran), Erika, Sandy Threlkeld, Leroy Lewis Jr., Frederick (Beverly Lewis), Andre Muhammad and Roger Johnson; her nieces and nephews, Gloria (Michael Jamerson), Laurie (Jeffrey Blair), Valerie Moss, Susan Charlene Roberts, Monica Roberts, Angela Roberts-Wallace (Earl), Dorothy Lynn Roberts-Meredith (Zeb), Bettina Roberts, Kenneth Brown, Melvin, Likita Brown and Gary Brown; her sisters-in-law, Louise Brazzil and Pearl Patton; her goddaughters, Carla Guise and Clarissa Green; and her close friends, Brenda Hemphill, Annie Beaugard, Brenda Shellman, Sandra Bradley, Dawana Taylor, Marva Cohen, Dorothy Peoples and Christine Wiggins. She is also survived by 55 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Chapel (1009 E Stewart Ave, Flint, MI 48505). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Temple Church (3401 Martin Luther King Ave, Flint, MI 48505). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the River Rest Cemetery. A reception will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Bethlehem Temple Church (3401 Martin Luther King Ave, Flint, MI 48505).
