It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Marion (Elmore) Giessinger of Flint, Michigan, born in Midland, Michigan, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elmore and Ann Elmore; her husband Leo Giessinger; and her siblings, John Elmore (Shirley) and Emma Elmore (John Gall).
She is survived by: her son Michael Giessinger; her grandchildren, Nihcole Anderson (David), Zachary Giessinger (Jessica), Curtis Giessinger (Kelly) and Laura Grubb (Matt); her great grandchildren, Hailey, Liberty, Noah, Amaya, Zachary Jr. and Ainsley; her brother Harry Elmore (Claire); and her nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Greg, John Jr., Debra, Connie, Tony, Andy, Steve and Mark. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
